World Portable Sanitation day - August 15,2014

The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that 2.6 billion people globally – about a third of the world’s population – lack access to adequate sanitation. In addition, about 200 million people per year are victims of disasters during which access to existing sanitation is impaired.*

August 15, 2014 will mark the inaugural celebration of WPSD, and it will kick off an ongoing campaign to raise awareness and promote change by engaging people all over the world in expanding access to sustainable sanitation. Over time, it is the goal of WPSD to transform their interest and ingenuity into local solutions that prevent the spread of disease, save water, and improve the quality of life.

Join the Portable Sanitation Association International (PSAI) for this ongoing campaign to raise awareness and promote change. We are engaging people all over the world in expanding access to sustainable sanitation. www.psai.org

Kros Urinals at SweetWater 420 Fest!

Sweetwater 420 fest is an annual event held in Atlanta, Georgia on the weekend closest to Earth Day. The three day long festival is known for being one of Atlanta's most celebrated events featuring many prominent live musical acts.

This year the festival announced they'd be celebrating it's 10th year anniversary at it's new home in Centennial Olympic Park.

With a new venue to accommodate more people, they anticipated the event would draw 70,000 guests. It was very important that the event ran smooth and accommodating all these people meant using the Kros Urinals would ensure that!
